From sign-up to verified sign-in

User creates an account
Name, email, and password are collected at sign-up. The account exists before any message is sent.

User provides a mobile number
The number is entered by the user on the enrollment page, with the SMS disclosure shown directly beneath the field.

User requests an authentication code
Nothing is sent until the user presses Send Verification Code. One message is sent per request.
- 04
A one-time SMS code is delivered
A 6-digit single-use code arrives by text. It expires after 10 minutes and cannot be reused.
- 05
User enters the code to authenticate
Entering the correct code completes sign-in or confirms the sensitive change that triggered it.
Message type
Every message SaveMaximus sends is transactional and security related — a one-time authentication code the user just asked for. We do not send promotional, marketing, or affiliate messages, and phone numbers are never used for those purposes. Msg & data rates may apply. Reply STOP to cancel or HELP for help.
